“Quorum is a reputation-based technology, the latest from Norton. This technology does not use the signature system as the previous version, so more able to identify the latest malware malware-in cyberspace.” he said.

“With Quorum has developed over the past 3 years, the uniqueness of a malware can be identified. Quorum can track the various files and applications,” added Albert Lay, Technical Consultant Symantec.

“The attributes are then combined with complex algorithms, to determine the reputation of files and applications horse’s mouth,” he explained.
